Our Commitment

At Commodityeamarke, we take pride in the quality of our custom patches, embroidery, and appliqués. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and provide refunds.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. This includes:

• Custom patches with your specific design or logo
• Personalized embroidery work
• Custom appliqués made to your specifications

We strongly encourage reviewing and approving digital mockups carefully before authorizing production.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match the approved design, we will:

• Replace the defective items at no additional cost
• Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
• Cover return shipping costs for defective items

Please report any defects within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Report Issues

To report a defect or issue with your order:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and description of the issue
• Include clear photographs showing the defect
• Do not alter or attempt to fix the products

Return Process

If a return is approved:

• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective items
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom orders that match the approved design specifications
• Items that have been applied to garments or otherwise used
• Products damaged through customer misuse or improper application
• Orders placed more than 30 days ago

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without charge if:

• Production has not yet begun
• The design mockup has not been approved

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and follow our return process for the original item if applicable.
